The chemical composition of the steel conforms to the GB/T699-1999 standard.
Production Workshop
There are 10 sets of galvanizing production line ,20 complete set of drawing and stranding lines.The produce process of the galvanized steel wire is following as below:
Drawing process:Surface treatment- Drying - Drawing - -Tension Control-winding
Galvanized process:Washing - Drying - Hot Galvanized - Spooling
