Raw Material Of ACSR Core Wire
Our raw material is high quality carbon steel hot rolled wire rod according to the standard GB/T4354-2008 .
The chemical composition of the steel conforms to the GB/T699-1999 standard.
Production Workshop
There are 10 sets of galvanizing production line ,20 complete set of drawing and stranding lines.The produce process of the galvanized steel wire is following as below:
Drawing process:Surface treatment- Drying - Drawing - -Tension Control-winding
Galvanized process:Washing - Drying - Hot Galvanized - Spooling

With comprehensive testing equipment and advanced testing techniques to every processing, we control processing quality timely to ensure all parameters with strict standard to finish qualified products.

• We are fully in accordance with the ISO9000 quality control process for our products to ensure that our raw materials, semi-finished and finished products are in line with the customer's quality requirements.
